VERY OLD!!
As you would guess, they are pretty much all complaints… what’s funny and scary is that when we have to phone up the customers there’s always that dread/wishfull-thinking that you’ll tell them something shocking, like the price, and then they have a heart attack and die… while on the phone to you.
THAT’S RIGHT!!! YOU KILLED THE OLD PERSON!!!!
Personally I think that you should get paid extra for that. Aren’t there overpopulation and housing problems anyway?
